The Azimut S8 is a high-performance luxury sport yacht with an emphasis on structural innovation and guest comfort.
At roughly 24.6 metres overall, it employs a triple IPS 1350 propulsion setup, each engine delivering around 1,000 hp.
The hull is complemented by extensive carbon fibre work in its superstructure, which helps reduce weight and lowers the centre of gravity—translating into more responsive handling and improved fuel efficiency.
Inside, the layout is well considered: four staterooms for guests, supported by a crew section, with five heads in total. The accommodation aims to balance privacy and openness, using large windows and thoughtful placement of living, dining, and galley areas. Outdoor spaces—both forward and aft—are generous, and the inclusion of a tender/jet ski garage adds to functional utility without compromising style.
Performance numbers place the S8 in a class that blends speed with livability. Its top speed is around 34 knots, while a more sustainable cruising speed sits near 28 knots. Fuel and water tank capacities are sized to support extended voyages—4,000 litres for fuel and 1,100 litres of fresh water—enough for serious passages without constant refuelling.
In summary, the S8 represents a mature evolution of Azimut’s S series: dynamic where it matters, luxurious in its detailing, and engineered to deliver both excitement under power and comfort when stationary.
