The Azimut 54, named “Motorboat of the Year 2010” by Motorboat and Yachting, offers a regal experience in luxury yachting. It boasts one of the largest flybridges in its category, and the design details give make it extraordinarily livable. The helm station is placed off-center to port making room for a sun-bathing area in the bow to supplement the large relaxation zone aft. A dinette with a small table, refrigerator and cooktop is between the two areas for snacking or dining en plein aire. The telescopic gangway astern puts boarding access to the side, making more room in the cockpit, which boasts a cabinet refrigerator, a fixed table, and a C-shaped sofa.

On the main deck, the full-height salon is flooded with light through its large windows. The furniture is pickled oak with inserts in cognac lacquer and dark leather table tops; pouf and sofas are upholstered in violet and lilac satin and velvet stripes. A long cabinet holds drawers and compartments; the sofa opens for more storage. An original anti-vibration system prevents the slightest rattle from stored crockery. Carpets are white, in pure wool.

The dining area has a fixed sofa. A bench uses electric servo-mechanisms to slide between the dining area and the wheelhouse, where the back shifts to create an ergonomically designed two-person driver’s bench. The galley has a 220-liter refrigerator, a 40-liter microwave, and a glass-ceramic cooktop with three burners and an extraction hood. The work surface includes a storage compartment and a beech chopping board.

Below deck are three twin cabins and a seaman’s cabin. The master cabin is amidships, full height and full beam. Rectangular windows provide light and views; two portholes open to the sea breeze. The vanity has a writing desk and an openable mirror. Two wardrobes and a master bath with VetroFreddo® sinks and a separate shower complete the master suite.

The VIP cabin is forward, light by panoramic windows and a hatch. The privately accessed head includes a shower stall. The guest cabin has twin beds.
